As a 1.5-generation immigrant from Hong Kong who moved to San Francisco at a young age, my deepest motivation was simple: to make my parents proud. I chased success the way many of us are taught—by climbing the corporate ladder, breaking glass ceilings, and constantly striving for more. It became my autopilot.

Over time, I noticed I was often the one people turned to for deep conversations, reflection, and support. When I began working with a coach myself, it clicked—I had been holding space and guiding others long before I realized it was coaching.

That insight inspired me to step into coaching and serve with purpose. My multicultural and multilingual background, combined with years of corporate leadership experience, gives me a unique lens to help others challenge the status quo and redefine success on their own terms.

My mission is to empower individuals to unlock their full potential, foster personal and career growth, and guide them through a collaborative, experiential process that leads to meaningful and fulfilling lives.
